Your journey begins with a complimentary consultation.
We’ll connect by phone, email, or virtual meeting to learn about your goals, availability, and preferences.  This step helps us generate a program that best fits for you.

  • Choose your location (home, office, outdoors, etc.)

  • Share your fitness goals (stress relief, flexibility, strength, etc.)

  • Ask questions.

Personalized Assessment

Next, we assess your needs and comfort level.
This includes an indepth  discussion and demonstration to gauge your experience with Yoga, Pilates or Small Group Training.

  • Ideal for individuals, small groups, or events

Custom Program Creation

Based on your consultation and assessment, we create a series of personalized sessions for you.

  • Options for one-on-one or  small group recurring classes

  • All equipment and props provided.
