About Us

LSG Fitness was created from a simple idea: fitness should fit into your life—not the other way around.

We saw how hard it was for busy individuals, working professionals, parents, and military families to find time for wellness in a traditional setting. Between packed schedules, long commutes, and limited options, consistent self-care often got pushed aside.

So we decided to bring fitness directly to the people who need it most.

From living rooms in Crestview to beachfront patios in Destin, from office wellness breaks in Fort Walton Beach to family-friendly classes on Eglin Air Force Base, LSG Fitness makes movement more convenient, more enjoyable, and more personal.

We’re proud to serve the vibrant communities along the Emerald Coast—and to help people incorporate fitness into their daily routines, special occasions, and meaningful moments.

This is wellness on your terms, in your space, and at your pace.

Meet Loretta

Fitness and movement has always been integral to my life—woven into even my busiest seasons! This commitment has supported me through both challenges and joyful milestones.   I am passionate about helping others experience the same transformation. I bring a well-rounded, deeply rooted foundation in fitness instruction, holding certifications as a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (trained through YogaFit® Worldwide in Yoga Basics, Communication, Anatomy, Chakras, Emotional Healing & Introspection, Prenatal, Warrior Training, and Senior Yoga); a Certified Mat Pilates Instructor, and a Certified Personal Trainer. I’m also a member of the Zumba Instructor Network and volunteer with the American Red Cross, leading yoga sessions as requested. My past certifications include Group Fitness through Athletics Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and Beachbody P-90X. In addition to my fitness credentials, I earned a Doctorate degree in Organizational Management from Colorado Technical University’s Institute of Advanced Studies—combining mind, body, and leadership into a holistic approach to wellness.
